About Us

 

The advantage of having worked with a reputable company who had such a broad clientele was that it gave me the privilege of working with a wide variety of customers. Each customer had their own unique operations led by their material handling equipment. Now having worked for more than a decade in the Industry, not only have I developed an expertise in my field but, also a fine sense of what my client’s needs are.

 

What does it take to keep customers satisfied? Along with the experience I gained, I also managed to harvest the trust of my contacts.  Immediate response, availability, minimized down time, reduced costs of running each equipment and efficiency was all feedback I received. 

 

How is this achieved?

Pushing machinery to its absolute max for 8 hours a day, it’s inevitable that one day the unit will breakdown.  Being independently owned and operated has the gratification of controlling overhead costs, which in turn translates into lower hourly rates.  In addition, putting a maintenance plan in effect and having the units serviced on a regular basis can also minimize costs and down time. Reflected by my mission statement, my promise to my customers is to respond immediately and my customers will receive the utmost focus and attention by offering service 24 hours a day.
